By accessing or using HRA Coin, HRA Experience, HRA Airlines, HRA ePay/Payway, HRA Exchange, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines that may apply. If there’s a conflict, the more specific guidelines will prevail.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Not be barred from using these Services by applicable law.
3. Privacy & Data Collection
Your personal and usage data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, transfer, and storage of your data as specified therein.

- Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You’re responsible for activity on your account, legal or not. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misconduct.

- You must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing financial transactions, taxes, and anti-money laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- You agree not to:
- Use Services for illicit or fraudulent purposes.
- Bypass security measures or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Share misleading or false information.
6. Cryptocurrency Transactions
- Prices and token availability may vary; no guarantee of execution at displayed rates.
- All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We are not responsible for user errors (e.g., wrong wallet address).
7. Fees & Charges
Transaction, conversion, staking, withdrawal, and other fees are detailed in our Fees Schedule and may change with notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated fees.
8. Intellectual Property
All Services, content, and software are owned or licensed by us. You may only use them for your personal, lawful use; no copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is allowed.
9. Third‑Party Services
We may link or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, exchanges). We are not responsible for their practices or content; your use is at your own risk.
10. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Involvement in unlawful activities
- Security risks or illicit behavior
You may terminate by discontinuing use and closing your account. Post-termination clauses (e.g., confidentiality, indemnification) remain.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- No warranties: Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or suitability.
- Limited liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., financial losses, lost profits, business interruptions), even if aware of the possibility .
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HRA Coin, its affiliates, and partners harmless against any loss, claim, or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material (affect rights/responsibilities), you may read the updated terms on this page.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any dispute must first be attempted through amicable resolution via HRA Coin’s support. If unresolved, disputes will proceed via binding arbitration in the UAE, and you waive any right to class-action litigation.
15. Severability
If a provision is declared illegal or unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent necessary, with the rest of the Terms remaining in effect.
